Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, for any reason, provided the request is made in good faith.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@elvarisfitness.com with the subject line "Refund Request", including your order number or the email used at checkout. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Fair Use

Because our products are downloadable digital goods, we ask that refund requests be made in good faith. We reserve the right to decline requests in cases of suspected abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles on the same title.

If you were charged but never received your download link, this is not a refund situation — contact us and we will resend your secure download link at no cost.
